Exchanges and Returns

At GOW PLUS, we work with quality materials and artisanal processes to guarantee your satisfaction. However, we understand that situations may arise where you may need to make an exchange or return.

1. Changes

  • You can request a product exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, with original packaging and complete accessories.

  • Shipping costs for exchanges will be borne by the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors in the product shipped.

2. Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 calendar days of delivery only in the following cases:

    • Product damaged during transport.

    • Manufacturing defect.

    • Receipt of an incorrect product.

  • To proceed, you must notify our customer service team via WhatsApp or email, attaching photographs and a description of the problem.

3. Exclusions

Changes and returns do not apply in the following cases:

  • Customized products or products manufactured under special order.

  • Damage caused by improper use, impacts, moisture or manipulation by unauthorized personnel.

  • Natural wear and tear of fabrics or finishes due to daily use.

4. Procedure

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide order number, photos and a description of the reason.

  3. Our team will evaluate the case within a maximum of 5 business days.

  4. If applicable, an exchange, repair, or refund will be coordinated accordingly.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will only be processed for approved return cases.

  • The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

  • The crediting time will depend on the bank or payment platform.
