3. What is not covered by the warranty

• Damage caused by improper use, impacts or exposure to excessive moisture.

• Natural wear and tear of finishes, upholstery or surfaces due to normal use.

• Modifications or repairs carried out by personnel not authorized by GOW PLUS.

4. Procedure to validate the guarantee

• Present proof of purchase and a brief description of the problem.
